We do not accept purchase orders for post payment but a school or company check is acceptable for prepayment.


All of our new products come with a product warranty from the manufacturer that covers any defects within the stated warranty period. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the warranty center. Warranty returns need to be sent to the appropriate warranty center as stated with the product or by us via e-mail instructions.

If an item is is received in non working condition (DOA), special arrangements will be made where possible (most cases) to reimburse the cost of Ground shipping to the warranty center. The warranty center will pay for the cost of return shipping back to the purchaser.

Sorry we do not accept returns for refund based on satisfaction issues. Reasonable attempts will be made to provide an upgrade solution if requested and the original product is returned in new condition if an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued.

A 25% restocking fee of the original item's purchase price will be deducted for returns without explicit e-mail approval and without an RMA number. Original or return shipping fees are never refundable as they are in possession by the shipping companies.
